Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders submitted through the Nuvessiae™ website and should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and other store information.

Products

Nuvessiae™ offers towels, table linens, and related household textile products.

We seek to present product materials, dimensions, colors, photographs, care details, and other specifications accurately. Reasonable visual or dimensional differences may occur because of screen display, lighting, fabric characteristics, photography, or normal textile production tolerances.

Order Information

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information.

If a customer wishes to change or cancel an order, the request should be sent as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist before dispatch, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has progressed to shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days.

Estimated transportation normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to ordinary logistics and destination conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

After an eligible returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund is normally processed within 7–10 business days.
