Customers should follow product labels, washing instructions, care guidance, and reasonable household safety practices. Items should be inspected before use. Continued use of a visibly damaged textile is not recommended.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvessiae™ is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from improper care, misuse, unauthorized alteration, inaccurate customer information, carrier interruption, or use of a product contrary to provided instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
